Create a Project

Creating a project is the first step in the Test & Accept process. Projects serve as containers for all related work, including Statements of Work, team assignments, and documentation.

Quick Steps

1. From the dashboard, click + New Project
2. Fill in the essential details:
   • Project Name: Choose a descriptive name
   • Description: Brief overview of the project scope
   • Client: Select an existing client or create a new one
3. Click Create Project
